This is for those who like the heat!!!!!

This is the Salsa that named it's self from a happy accident experimenting with salsa roja ideas. When this recipe was first sampled it took my breath away with heat. All I could say was DAMN and thus this happy salsa accident was born.

This salsa is a tomato and chili based salsa that provides a similar flavor profile to our salsa roja but with a big kick up in the heat department. It offers good flavor followed by significant heat.

The Maldita pairs with anything that you want to add heat to but predominantly pairs best with tomato based or red meat based foods. Burgers / Vegie burgers, lasagna, spaghetti, tacos, tortas, burritos, pizza, and so much more!!!!
